![]() I really do like the desktop app, but as I become more mobile, I’ve started looking for replacements, because this app Mobile makes me want to kick puppies every time I use it. * On the iPad, the use of space - especially in landscape mode - is quite possibly the worst thing I’ve ever seen. * Lists cannot be moved around (reordered) within their project the items of the list can be reordered, not the lists themselves. * URL linking schemes are not recognized (like Evernote:///) although they are on the desktop app, it’s the mobile side where they are the most useful, and they don’t work. * If I’m inside a project and I turn the “mentions” switch off, the mentions disappear, but the switch doesn’t move until it’s tapped 5-7 times again * To go back a screen, I often have to tap the back arrow 3-5 times (target area is too small) The UI is absolutely unintuitive, and sometimes unresponsive: It’s got some super annoying quirks and bizarre interactions, but nothing that’s a show-stopper. Ok, that was harsh, app the desktop application is a terrific application. For example, right now I have a project that shows up on my computer and iPad, but not at all on my iPhone. Yet, even then I can never trust what it tells me. To do an at least incomplete sync, I have to crash Pagico several time. I add a new task on one device, and never know which device it will show up on. I complete a task on one device, and it will never be completed on another device. The syncing (which ironically is the only thing you pay for) is totally broken. I feel this is the killer sleeper task organizer compared to Things and OmniFocus.īut I have given up on Pagico. ![]() The Dashboard view really gives a nice overview of what I need to do. I feel this program is much better at making me focus on important tasks than OmniFocus. iPhone has a limited view with more advanced views on iPad and computer, each making maximal usage of the available screen real estate. I really the way they adapt each app to the device. Since Pagico's databases can be synced both with other computers and with mobile devices, the application can also be used to stay on top of your assignments at all times.I have been testing Pagico system on computer, iPad and iPhone, and I have been comparing it against OmniFocus. In a nutshell, Pagico offers you the possibility to plan multiple projects in an organized and stylish environment, it helps you create various workspaces (a Pagico ID is required), and it enables you to monitor upcoming tasks in a visual manner. Versatile planner that enables you to visualize your workload and painlessly track all your assignments In addition, the Pagico developers provide the Pagico Plus application (also a commercial product), which uses a Pagico ID account to sync the data to connected iOS (iPhones or iPads) or Android devices. ![]() As a result, if you choose to store your database in a cloud service, such as Dropbox, you will be able to access your information on all devices that have Pagico installed. Pagico works with databases, which means that to get started, you must either create a new database, or open an existing file. Organize your tasks once, and keep track of everything on multiple devices Since Pagico comes with an installer package, the whole procedure is reduced to following the on screen instructions: the process creates a Pagico folder in your Applications directory, which contains the application and the Pagico Helper utility (resides in your status bar and enables you to quickly add new tasks, notes, or files in a more streamlined manner).įor your convenience, Pagico comes with a Daily Planning view where you get to quickly browse all the task that you must perform in a given day: this way you can be sure that you will tend to all your assignments, regardless of the source project. Effortless to install project planing solution that includes a Daily Tasks Dashboard Pagico is a Mac app designed to help you track and organize multiple projects, manage contacts, and create common workspaces that can be accessed by your entire team. ![]() Using an efficient project management solution is highly advisable when planning your assignments: you get to have an eagle view upon all related tasks and make the most out of your resources.
